Marine Shaft Repair

Our shaft straightness tolerance is .002” measured anywhere on the shaft. This far tighter than “industry standard” which is usually about .005” - .006”. All couplings are fit and faced. We pay special attention to keyways on the shafts we manufacture; spooning and smoothing all sharp edges to reduce any stress risers.

We stock both Aqua 19 & Aqua 22 shafting up to 2-3/4”.
